Refund Policy

Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you're not happy with your item, please get in touch with us so we can discuss the issue and either send a replacement product or refund. To return your product, you should contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address prior to returning the item.   

If your item has not arrived, but has been shipped by us and your local postal company claims it was "Delivered", this is not in our responsibility and we cannot refund this transaction.

An order that has not arrived to your door or mailbox, should be solved with your local postal office, as they marked it as Delivered. Depending on the case, we can re-send the item free of charge, or give you a coupon to order something else from our shop. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
Refunds (if applicable): 

If your order has been shipped and is currently in transit to you, we cannot offer a refund on the order, until it has been returned to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account 
again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, you can also contact your bank for more information. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable): 
We only replace defective or damaged items if we are notified within 5 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 
Shipping Charges: 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will also require a tracking number for the returned package. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please e-mail us to receive the address of our nearest warehouse to your location!
